Two Piece Box

Two Piece Box, the most common box you could find on the market. You could custom the size you need, it could use paper insert and plastic insert to hold your game.

Magnetic Book Box

Magnetic Book Box may looks like normal magnetic box，the difference between two boxes is the magnetic bok looks like normal box with magnetic to contact， book box is more like a book.

Tin Box

A tin box is a tinplate container. Tinplate metal is primarily steel with a very thin tin coating. Tin-free steel is also used. In some cultures, these boxes or cans are referred to as “tin boxes” or sometimes even “tins”. Many “tin boxes” have hinged or removable lids or covers.

Toothpaste Box

Toothpaste Box is not usual for the game box, it is more common for cards or post cards.

Plane Box

Plane Box, It is named because its unfolded shape resembles an airplane. It is a branch of carton. It is the first choice for express packaging and delivery. It is made of corrugated paper.

Clamshell Box

Clamshell Box, similar to the plane box,it is an unusual box, only used for special customer needs.

157gsm C2S(Cover)

Normally, Box was made by art paper + grey board.
Art paper used as a surface paper for printing easily. 157gsm art paper is the first option for the surface paper, and sometimes if it is requested, 128gsm art paper is workable as well.

1.0mm 1.2mm 1.5mm 1.8mm 2.0mm 2.5mm 3.0mm grey board

For the box’s strength upgrading, we provide with 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm thickness for grey board options, it depends on the box size and the weight of the components.

Finish

Matt Lamination
Glossy Lamination

Most common finish for box is the Matt Lamination like the left one.
Glossy Lamination is like thr right one. Glossy lamination will be more shining than Matt lamination but it will have an effect of plastic.

Linen

Linen is a popular finish effect. It can usually be seen on the box, cards and punchboards. It will have a special paper grainy, but if you have many text content, we don’t recommend you to use this finish.

UV Spot

UV Spot is usually used for highlight some Title or some graphics, it will will highlight the effect of images and text.

Silver/Golden Foil

Silver/Golden Foil is also used for highlight the text.
Usually used on the box.
But it could also used on your game board and cards.
We also have Laser Gold Foil now.

Hollow

Hollow is not common, but some customer need this finish for some special use.

Embossed

Embossed finish is a kind of raised effect.

Insert

InserCardBoard Trayst

For Insert, we offer CardBoard tray and plastic tray for option, just customized according to the components and box size accordingly.
If the components are not complicated, paper tray would be enough, which would be cheaper and timesaving, and we can do a customized printing on the surface if you want any art showing.
If your game box is large, we will suggest cardboard material, so that it is strong enough in case any heavy components strike. But if the box is small, we will advise white card paper,
easy to fold and not occupied too much space.

Plastic Trays

Plastic Tray will be a good chosen when the box needs a good storage, in case some small components move randomly in your game box. Usually it would be used for the game with complicated components. Plastic tray would be the best storage for each accessory placing. However, the price would be highter and with a tooling charge.

Binding Style

Saddle Stitch Binding

Saddle Stitch Binding is most common for the rule book.
The page has to be the multiple of four.

Perfect Binding

Perfect Binding is for books. If you have story book in your games, we recommend this binding style.
The page has to be the multiple of four.

Spiral Binding

Spiral Binding is used for some score pad or calendar.
The page has to be the multiple of four.

Casewarp Binding(Hard Cover)

Casewarp Binding(Hard Cover) is similar to Perfect Binding, but have the hard cover.
The page has to be the multiple of four.

Material

128gsm C2S,157gsm C2S

For Booklet, 128gsm C2S, 157gsm C2S and 80gsm Wood Free Paper is the common choice.
C2S paper, as known as the art paper, is the most commonly used in 4C printing. Which means it will have better on the printing effects, especially the color present.

80gsm Wood Free Paper

80gsm Wood Free Paper was able to print 4C as well, but not as good as C2S. For Wood Free Paper, the best advantage is it could be written and erase.
Meanwhile, 80g Wood Free Paper is cheaper, but for the varnish and durability, C2S paper is always the better choice.

Rubber mats can also have different thicknesses. Commonly used thicknesses are 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm. Rubber mat can also be printed on single and double sides, with or without edges stitched.

Not commonly used，in a low quality and a low price.

280gsm bluecore

Compared with the highest quality black core paper, the quality of blue core paper is also of a good standard, and the cost is lower than black core paper.

300gsm C2S/320gsm C2S

C2Spaper （artpaper）has a heavier weight, and is more comfortable than ordinary blue core paper in hand, and has stronger water resistance; it has good folding resistance, good elasticity, and is not easy to deform.

310gsm Blackcore

In terms of quality, black core paper is the best, but the cost is much higher than other specifications. Black core paper is rarely used in general game cards. The characteristic lies in the good privacy.

PVC 0.32/0.3mm

Material options, 0.26,0.28,0.30,0.32mm thickness. And clear PVC cards also could be made.

Plastic

One of most common material of board game dice.
The advantage of Acrylic dice is using current tooling,the unit price will be cheaper than other material.Especially when you just need small amount for mass production.
If you want the customized dice,and at same time,we have no suitable tooling for your. You need pay the new tooling fee.And the cost is expensive .
Under this circumstances,the large amount will be more economic.

Resin

One of most common material of board game dice.
The Unit price higher than Plastic,but the tooling cost is much cheaper than Resin.
So it will be a better chose for low quantity customer.

Wooden

One of most common material of board game dice.The advantage is its weight lighter than Plastic and Resin at same size.The unit price will be up to difference tree’s wood, with tree quality higher the price will be higher.Using better quality wood,like pine wood,will make your game stand out and leave a deep impressive on the player.

Print

Silk Screen

It is a common printing technology of wood,plastic,resin,metal. When we try to printing an image on these pieces,we need to adjust colors on machine.This is what we could a platte.The advantage of Silk Screen is platte charge are cheaper than Heat Transfer Printing.But it has a limit that only simple image with less than 4 colors can use Silk Screen. The reason is more than 4 colors of a complex image,its fineness will not as accurate as heat transfer.So,if your are not sure your image are simple or difficult,pleasure offering the picture,we would like to help you check.

Heat Transfer printing

It is also a common printing technology of wood,plastic,resin,metal.As we said on Silk Screen,Heat Transfer Printing can print multicolor image and keep a high fineness.But you have to pay the expensive color adjustment cost,and the cost are charged for each color.For example,if your have different images on each side of a 6-sides dice,but only 5 colors in total.And the platte fee will be US$ 70.00 per color. The charge will be 5 multiply by US$ 70 equal to US$ 350.00.

Submit illustrations to us, we will help you to correct the 3D file

Step 2
Finely adjust and finish the final 3D digital mode, from the various perspectives
of the digital design, you can check the whole model.

Step3
Print the real digital sample
When the 3D file finished, a 3D detailed physical waxen sample should be printed
for checking before making the real injection mold.

Step 4
Make a duplicates of the digital sample for the master model
When we cast the mold, we need to obtain a high level of details after
physical decomposition. So the duplicates are for checking the detailed points.

Step 5
Build and assemble the injection mold
With a serise of complex chemical, electrical and physical processes. The whole
cycle of the machinery operation takes around 30days. In order to improve the
accuracy, modifications may be nessesary. Finally, we produce a pre-production
sample to confirm the quality before mass production.

Step 6
Mass production and further process
Figures will be taken off from a stand line one by one. Then an assemble or gluing
process will be applied to some multipart characters, while some fine positions
will be painted by hands. However, considering the high laber cost, a single color
for figures is a good choice. During the stage of assembly, quality inspection is necessary.

Package
Each miniature can be assembled in a custom plastic tray.

Coin

Metal can be used for coins, custom game pieces and miniatures.
Please send us your ‑at design for metal design, and our metal coin designer will convert then into embossed eest.

Others

Standee

Standee is used for your punch board. It could be used for hold the punch out board.
We also have Acrylic standee, which could used to level up the punch board standee and replace the expansive minis.

Chip

The vast majority of authentic casino chips are “clay” chips but can be more accurately described as compression molded chips. Modern clay chips are a composition of materials more durable than clay alone.
We also have plastic Chips like you might seen before on too many bones.
